Just a few samples of projects I've put together with teams and on my own!
Many of the projects I have been fortunate to be a part of have given me the ability to effectively create ILT (Instructor-Led Training) and CBT (Computer-Based Training) with proven results. Instructional Designers need to be able to think like a learner buy putting themselves in front of a training program and asking questions a learner would ask themselves. Formative evaluations can provide clients early access to the training so that I can get a feel of what wasn't clear enough or problem areas that can be re-addressed and re-evaluated before training goes live. Once training goes live, the use of Summative Evaluations can then be distributed to the learners for even more feedback. By using these techniques, Instructional Designers can ensure their training is successful!
